Sales Consultant (Client Relationship Manager)
Do you enjoy meeting people, building relationships, and making a real difference in families' lives? Beyond Maids is looking for a motivated Client Relationship Manager to join our growing team.
What you'll do
- Assist families in selecting the right domestic helper based on their needs
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into successful placements
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth hiring process
- Deliver excellent customer service from enquiry through to handover
What we're looking for
- Passion for sales and customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Sales experience is an advantage, but training will be provided for the right candidate
